The One Rising Sun corporate partnership program is designed to create aligned, values-driven collaboration between XGL and selected partners serving rugged B2B, overland, fabrication, custom coach, off-road, and related business markets. The guiding principle is simple: one rising sun lights the trail for all of us.
Submission of interest does not create a partnership, sponsorship, agency relationship, exclusivity, endorsement, referral obligation, or right to use XGL marks. All partnerships require written acceptance by XGL and may require a separate written agreement.
Partners must provide accurate information, maintain professional conduct, comply with applicable laws, honor customer commitments, avoid misleading claims, and protect XGL’s reputation and client relationships. XGL may decline, pause, or terminate any partnership at its discretion.
No partner may use XGL names, logos, program titles, website copy, screenshots, materials, or trade dress without written permission. Approved brand use must follow XGL’s current instructions and may be revoked at any time.
Referral fees, partner credits, discounts, co-marketing value, sponsorship benefits, or revenue-share arrangements apply only when documented in writing. No commission, fee, discount, or compensation is owed unless expressly approved by XGL in advance.
Participation in One Rising Sun does not create category exclusivity, territorial rights, preferred status, or non-compete obligations unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
XGL client relationships, strategy, pricing, implementation details, and private client information remain confidential. Partners may not solicit, reuse, resell, scrape, or independently contact XGL clients using information received through the partnership unless authorized in writing.
XGL does not guarantee lead volume, partnership revenue, referral volume, campaign performance, event results, promotional placement, client adoption, or any specific outcome from participation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XGL is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, lost-profit, reputational, or business interruption damages related to any partnership, referral, campaign, co-marketing effort, or program participation. XGL’s total liability, if any, is limited to the amount actually paid by the partner to XGL for the specific partnership activity giving rise to the claim.
XGL may revise, suspend, rename, limit, or discontinue the One Rising Sun program at any time. Continued participation after changes means the partner accepts the updated terms.
